AGOG DYNAMIC:

AGOG Dynamic combines specialist engineering and practical effects technology to generate physical environmental conditions around vehicles, equipment, structures and products.

Our deployable wind, rain and dust systems can be configured individually or in combination, with bespoke rigs and equipment developed around the requirements of each project.

SPECIALISATION:

Our specialisation is the design and deployment of portable wind and climatic testing systems, adapted to the size, location and requirements of each project.

From high-output airflow and wind-driven rain to dust exposure and smoke-trace visualisation, we provide practical equipment and on-site expertise for environmental trials and unusual testing requirements.

CAPABILITIES:

Wind systems: High-output axial wind machines, directional airflow and configurable wind arrangements.

Rain systems: Rainfall and wind-driven rain effects, from localised exposure to high-volume water delivery.

Dust and particle systems: Airborne particulate effects for environmental exposure and specialist applications.

Airflow visualisation: Smoke-trace equipment for observing airflow around vehicles, structures, components and models.

Bespoke test rigs: Mechanical design, fabrication, fixtures, supports and purpose-built equipment.

Mobile deployment: Equipment configuration, installation and specialist on-site operation.

SECTORS:

Our equipment and engineering capabilities can be applied across automotive and motorsport development, defence and specialist equipment, manufacturing, construction, research and development, and other projects requiring controlled physical environmental conditions.

We work with customers to establish the required conditions, equipment configuration and practical approach for each application.

DESIGN + ENGINEERING:

Drawing on the wider AGOG group’s design, manufacturing and physical effects capabilities, we develop and adapt equipment to suit unusual testing requirements.

Our engineering resources include CAD/CAM, CNC machining, additive manufacturing, mechanical fabrication and the development of bespoke rigs and assemblies.

From an individual airflow requirement to combined environmental systems, our approach is based on practical equipment, specialist engineering and adaptable deployment.
